Center for Social Vision was founded in 2021 as an initiative of the Blue Cube Foundation. It emerged as a spin-off from the art space Swimming Pool and its artistic and curatorial research programs developed between 2015 and 2020. Since 2022, the Center also publishing the Journal for Social Vision. Based in Sofia, the platform operates within a wide network of cultural professionals and organizations.
Since its launch, we have produced and supported over twenty artistic and cultural projects, released three publications, organised two large-scale public programs, and launched one festival.
If you are an organization dedicated to social causes, urbanism, activism, environmental protection, or civic engagement more broadly, and you believe that art can be a partner in achieving your goals, we would be glad to collaborate.
We can support you in finding the right artists, curators, urbanists, designers, researchers, and organizations, as well as assist in developing artistic projects, moderating cross-sector and interdisciplinary processes, and creating discussion materials.
